As a  Social Media Coordinator with Social Link, you will be a valued asset to the marketing team, and the business, overall. This is a role for a self-starter who has the hunger to take their vision and make it a reality. Applicants should have a great understanding of the power of social media and social media marketing. You will work with the creative team, and larger Marketing team, to create advertising campaigns across all media mediums for Social Link and Social Links clients across vast industries.

• One (1) year of direct experience managing social media and marketing/recruitment efforts on behalf of an organization
• Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and how to use each strategically. Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work with a positive attitude and creativity to contribute to the strategic direction and success of an organization
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, digital media, marketing, or a related discipline preferred
• Photography/Videography or Graphic Design background preferred

• Generate creative content for the Social Link and Social Link Clients that stands out from competitors
• Serve as the liaison with the Digital Team and Social Media Team and on behalf of Social Link
• Create and manage marketing campaigns
• Develop engaging, original content and suggest creative marketing campaigns for both Social Link and Social Link Clients
• Develop, implement, and manage Social Media strategies
• Quickly able to adapt to new social trends and create content that matches

• Must be eligible for part-time/full-time US work – no exceptions.
• Non-Remote, and must be in the Nashville office during working hours
