We’re setting the bar high and seeking a dynamic Sales Director to drive our growth and secure six or seven-figure contracts regularly.

Position Description:

Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for closing high-value deals? Do you thrive in boardrooms, pitching solutions rather than just services? If so, we want to hear from you! As our Sales Director, you’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by securing key accounts and forging lasting partnerships. From analyzing lead pipelines to presenting at trade shows and managing our lead generation channels, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts.

  • Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects, and finding new potential sales outlets
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps
  • Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook

Skills & Requirements

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to secure six or seven-figure contracts regularly.
  • Pitch comprehensive solutions to clients, addressing their marketing and advertising needs holistically.
  • Leverage your Rolodex and industry connections to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Analyze lead pipelines, grading and scoring leads as needed to prioritize efforts effectively.
  • Track and record metrics throughout sales process
  • Meet and exceed financial goals
  • Manage the company’s lead generation channels and develop your own pipeline of prospects.
  • Present at trade shows, seminars, and other events to showcase our value and thought leadership.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Act as a front-line ambassador for the company, delighting customers and creating memorable experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sold solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, continuously refining sales strategies accordingly.

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the field. Background in sales, specifically in marketing and advertising services, is required.
  • Ability to show track record to show success in similar role closing high-value deals and exceeding sales targets.
  • More comfortable face-to-face than remote
  • Strong networking skills and willingness to be immersed in the Nashville business community on a weekly basis
  • Familiarity with retail rep groups and agency dynamics is a plus.
  • Excellent speaking skills, with the ability to engage and captivate audiences.
  • Creative mindset with a deep understanding of the business and industry.
  • Passion for people and a dedication to creating exceptional customer experiences.
