As a Senior Graphics Designer at Social Link, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our clients’ brands. From overseeing website design processes to collaborating with junior staff and communicating directly with clients, you’ll be at the forefront of driving creative excellence.

Location: Downtown Nashville, TN
Schedule: Monday-Thursday in-office, Remote Fridays with Flex Schedule

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design required
• 5+ years of hands-on graphic design experience or portfolio equivalent showcasing experience working for large brands
• Must provide a portfolio of previous work with application and resume
• UI/UX experience required. We need somebody experienced in this area who has talent, and efficiency
• A background in photography or video production is preferred
• Comfortable in a creative office environment 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics
• Proven track record of successful brand development projects
• Previous experience overseeing a team of designers is required

• Lead website design processes, ensuring the highest quality of design and content creation.
• Collaborate with junior staff to facilitate client needs and deliver exceptional results.
• Articulate the strategic importance of branding to clients, emphasizing that a brand is more than just a logo—it’s an ecosystem.
• Work closely with our in-house development team to ensure seamless user experiences that are simple, clean, and creatively engaging.
• Understand how creative elements impact key performance indicators (KPIs) across various platforms, including social media, mass media, and billboard placements.
• Design and develop brands from inception to completion, pushing the boundaries of branding innovation.
• Deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate creative concepts and strategies to clients.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, overseeing their work and offering support as needed.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment where creativity flourishes and ideas are shared freely.
• Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in design, project management, and client communication.
• Lead by example, implementing processes and procedures that align with the company’s needs and timelines.
